Magnesium OIL
Health Solutions101’s Magnesium Oil is one of the original transdermal Magnesium supplement among many in the marketplace today.
It is an easy and effective way to absorb huge amounts of magnesium into your body . . . safely with no side effects. It is also excellent for relieving sore muscles, aching joints and stress.
WHAT IS IT?
While we call it ‘oil’, it is actually an ocean water extract with a very high concentration of Magnesium Chloride that inherently has an oily feel although it contains no oils -- natural or added.
Our Magnesium Oil is derived from salt evaporation ponds along the coast of California. The primary purpose of those ponds is to collect salt for industrial purposes. Depending on prevailing temperatures and inches of rain, the ocean water captured in the ponds will sit for 3 to 6 months until sufficient water has evaporated to cause the salt to drop out of suspension. The water that remains on top of the salt is extremely high in Magnesium Chloride and about 80 other trace minerals that are naturally occurring in ocean water.
Ingredients:
- Magnesium chloride from ancient sea beds, energetically activated. All natural sources. There are 2,492 mg per teaspoon of magnesium chloride in our Magnesium Oil.
THE RELAXATION RESPONSE
Magnesium is known to be a muscle relaxant and is very effective for de-stressing.
Even if you aren’t Magnesium deficient, you can still use the Magnesium Oil for relaxation . . . you can’t overdose. Use with hot, wet compresses or soak in a hot Magnesium bath. Our Magnesium Oil has been used for children who suffer from hyperactivity. It helps calm and relax them and is an easy way to build up their magnesium levels at the same time. Most children love to play in the bath, especially if you add a few bubbles.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE of MAGNESIUM OIL
How to Apply Magnesium Oil to the Body:
- Rub Magnesium Oil onto your body. Many rub it onto their torso; others apply it before bedtime to the bottoms of their feet.
- The oil may feel ‘sticky’, so you only need to leave it on for 20 – 30 minutes before washing it off.
People who are most Magnesium deficient are most likely to experience burning or stinging from applying the Magnesium Oil full strength directly to the body. In that case, you will want to dilute the Magnesium Oil with plain (distilled) water.
How to Prepare Baths using Magnesium Oil:
- If you simply prefer a full bath soak or foot bath rather than topical application, by all means use it that way.
- Add 30-60 ml of Magnesium Oil to hot bath water.
- Soak for minimum 20 – 30 minutes at least three times a week or as often as you like.
How to Prepare Baths using both Magnesium Oil & Magnesium Bath Flakes:
- Add 1/4 –1/3 cup of Magnesium Bath Flakes along with the Magnesium Oil.
- Soak for minimum 20 – 30 minutes at least three times a week or as often as you like.
Note: You cannot overdose with transdermal magnesium. If your body receives more than it needs, it will be converted to DHEA. Follow the instructions above for a foot bath.
How to Apply Magnesium Oil for Sore, Aching Joints or Muscles:
- Apply a generous amount of Magnesium Oil to the area and apply moist heat. That may be a wet kitchen towel soaked under hot tap water or put in the microwave for about 45 seconds.
- Apply the Magnesium Oil and the moist heat 2–3 times, and you will simply be amazed at the relief you will experience.
More and more bodywork therapists are using this technique at the beginning of a treatment session because it makes their work easier.
PRECAUTION
If you experience burning in sensitive areas, dilute with pure (distilled) water.
